Admission Requirements and Procedure
ADMISSION GUIDELINES
- Applicants for Grade One must be 6 years old and have finished Kindergarten level or its equivalent.
- Processing of application shall begin upon submission of all documentary requirements and duly-accomplished Forms. (You may send scanned copies of the requirements to admissions@parefwestbridge.edu.ph. or you may call the admissions Office at (033)-5000-200 for inquiries and clarifications.
WHAT SHOULD BE BROUGHT UPON APPLICATION?
- Accomplished Online Admissions Form
(https://sms.parefwestbridge.edu.ph/registrar/newFamily.php) - Scanned copy of recent 1 x 1 ID photo (student)
- Scanned copy of the Birth Certificate of the student-applicant
- Scanned copy of Report Card (of most recently completed school year or quarter of the current school year)
Note:You may send scanned copies of the requirements to admissions@parefwestbridge.edu.ph or submit a photocopy of these requirements to the School's Business Office. Once all of the requirements have been submitted, please wait for acknowledgement and other advice from the Admissions Office.

Regular Applicant
WHO ARE QUALIFIED?
Application is open to all incoming Grades 1 to senior high school students. For Grade 1, he must be 6 years old by August 2022 and had finished kindergarten level.
WHAT SHOULD BE BROUGHT UPON APPLICATION?
1.) Photocopy of the following documents:
> Parents’ Church Marriage Certificate
> Baptismal & Confirmation Certificates of the applicant (if available)
> Latest Report Card (Form 138) of the applicant, reflecting the latest possible grade and duly signed by the Principal
2.) Original NSO Birth Certificate of the applicant
3.) Sealed Good Moral Character Certificate from any of the following: Principal, Prefect of Discipline, Guidance Counselor, or Class Adviser
4.) Two pieces passport size picture of the applicant (1.5 x 1.5)
These should be submitted either thru 2 options:

After submitting your New Family Application, the School Registrar will accept your submission and you will receive an email notification for you to proceed to the next step. Please be guided by the procedure stated below.
PAREF Westbridge Online Enrollment Process 2022 (1)
The School Offers 2 options for payment upon enrollment and future payments:
Option A: IN-PERSON
Please print 2 copies of the Assessment Form, sign it and please submit them to the school cashier along with your payment that you’ve agreed on.
Option B: ONLINE
Please send your assessment form (already signed) to accounting@parefwestbridge.edu.ph together with your deposit slip of the enrolment fees. (Bank details on Assessment Form).
All online transactions should have the following information:
- Complete name of Student [Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial]
- Transaction/ Deposit Slip
- Purpose of payment (Ex. 1st Quarter Payment, books, photos, graduation, etc.)

The Admission Process
WHO ARE QUALIFIED?

WHAT SHOULD BE BROUGHT UPON APPLICATION?
For Regular Applicants:
- Photocopy of the following documents:
- Parents’ Church Marriage Certificate
- Baptismal & Confirmation Certificates of the applicant (if available)
- Report Card (Form 138) of the applicant, reflecting the latest possible grade and duly signed by the Principal
- Original NSO Birth Certificate of the applicant
- Sealed Good Moral Character Certificate from any of the following: Principal, Prefect of Discipline, Guidance Counselor, or Class Adviser
- Two pieces passport size picture of the applicant (1.5 x 1.5)
Note that upon successful acceptance of the applicant, these documents will be considered as school property.
HOW IS THE SCREENING PROCESS DONE?
If all the above requirements are met and are passed, the applicant shall fill up the Student and Parents’ Information Sheet which is available at the Registrar’s Office. After which, a testing fee of Php 300 shall be charged for Regular Applicants.
Tests for regular applicants are held on Saturdays from 8am to 12nn and on weekdays (by appointment), from October until the end of May. Mandatory interviews with the applicant and the parents will be set on a later date based on the result of the examination.
The applicant shall be notified of the results of the screening process within two days after the parent interview.
